Family owned and operated, SCH, LLC. is a privately owned ranch that has been in the family since the 1880's.  It includes roughly 4,100 acres with four to five miles of river bottom, flat farmland, and canyon areas.

Hunting adventures include hunts for:
-Whitetail and Mule Deer
-Rio and Masium Turkey
-Pheasant / Dove / Grouse / Predator

Scott Saltz, an associate broker with Lashley Land and Recreation Brokers, a participant with Cabella's Trophy Properties states we have, "One of the Best Deer Hunting Properties in Nebraska."

Even though we live in some rough and rugged country, we are only 20 minutes from hotels and restaurants.  We are 3 hours from DIA and 1 hour south of I-80.
